Pricing is down approximately 15-20% in the Morris/Somerset county areas, and mortgage rates are at a history low. Due to the poor economic climate, there is more RENTER/TENANT demand than ever...and rental prices are still very strong.
It may be worth a peak and see what is currently available and at a great price! When it is time to rent the property, I can help you with that as well, and in many instances, the TENANT pays the realtor fee.
